Never Go To Voicemail provides automated AI-powered phone receptionist services, call forwarding management, appointment booking calendar integration, caller lead capture, and instant SMS/email summaries for small businesses and service professionals.

2. Setup & Onboarding

Clients configure call forwarding through their existing carrier to direct unanswered calls to our designated AI answering line. Client is responsible for maintaining active carrier service and accurate business information (hours, pricing, service area, scheduling availability).

3. Billing & Payment

Services are offered on a month-to-month subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed electronically. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize recurring charges for your selected plan.

4. Cancellation

There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 7 days' written notice prior to your next billing date by emailing hello@nevergotovoicemail.com.

5. Uptime & Service Level

We strive to deliver continuous, reliable 24/7 call coverage. However, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for call disruptions caused by carrier outages, third-party telecommunications failure, or client phone setting misconfigurations.

6. Client Responsibilities & Call Compliance

Client agrees to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding telecommunications, call recording disclosures, and customer consent.

7. Call Recordings & Data

Call data, transcripts, and recordings remain confidential and are used solely to deliver service features and confirm bookings. You grant Summit Core Solutions Inc. a limited license to process this data for operational delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, software, brand names, logos, AI scripts, workflows, and website design associated with Never Go To Voicemail are the exclusive intellectual property of Summit Core Solutions Inc..

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summit Core Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from lost calls, missed bookings, business interruptions, or reliance on automated responses.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated herein, services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Summit Core Solutions Inc., its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
